Introducing Advertising’s New Power Couple: Sizmek and Rocket Fuel
Today, I am pleased to announce that Sizmek has officially merged with Rocket Fuel to create the world’s largest independent buy-side platform built for agencies and brands—your advertising has a new power couple behind it. Sizmek’s acquisition of Rocket Fuel is complete.
I am honored to be stepping in to serve as the CEO of our joint company dedicated to providing you with superior service and delivering impressions that inspire everyday. Randy Wootton, CEO of Rocket Fuel, has been an incredible partner throughout this journey and will be staying on as a strategic advisor to help with the transition. The overall vision, business, and product strategies will be driven forward as a joint company under Sizmek, with plans to sunset the Rocket Fuel brand in the coming months.
As we move forward to become what Adweek calls a “formidable ad tech force,” Sizmek’s strength in data enablement and creative optimization across the entire digital media plan, combined with Rocket Fuel’s AI-enabled media execution, will provide you with the unparalleled ability to maximize your campaign performance. This includes the ability to bring together your most vital data components—the campaign, consumer, context, creative, and cost—all on a global scale.
All services will continue uninterrupted, and as a client, you can continue to work with your Sizmek and/or Rocket Fuel contact just as you have been. We are working hard to fully integrate the two companies and their stacks to create the largest buy-side platform, with the target of completion in 6-9 months. We’ll share other updates soon.
